Things to do

Lunch today: 1 peanut butter sandwhich (didn't take the time to put on the jelly this morning), 1 bag of honey wheat crackers, 1 granola bar

Feeling real slow right about now. Have a feeling when I get off work at 6 I'm going to lay down in bed, turn on a tivo'd program, and fall asleep for a long time.

My body is definately telling me it needs some rest. My right calf is sore, left thigh bruised and sore, left forearm sore, right foot a bit tender. Combining too many hard efforts riding the bike and playing basketball.
Hopefully tomorrow will bring nice weather and I can go for a slow spin after class.

I find it a bit wierd that I'm only taking 6 hours yet I've been feeling just as tired and worn out as I have in past semesters.
