Just got back from it.

Been a while...again
So before my last post a few minutes ago (was planning on going to the rec, but after work and playing ball yesterday my body needs to rest) I hadn't blogged in a while.
Why is this? Because I've been f'n busy.
Classes had neverending projects. It seemed like I was always at work, and when I wasn't I made sure to do nothing but lay down on my bed and watch a tivo'd show or two.
Well either that or the occasional ball playing at the rec or even less occasional bike ride.
Actually my riding this year has been downright disgusting. I'm guessing I've put in around 400-500 miles this year. Doesn't sound too bad to you? How about if I would have been happy with closer to 2000 or more. Not looking so hot now am I. So the last couple rides I've done I've gotten toasted. No leg strength. Hardly any sprint in me, and its easy for me to feel the difference between my legs right now and last summer. I guess we'll see what happens in the next few weeks, and throughout the summer.
Staples has been ok. It's not easy on the joins as the whole building is a hard floor. Today I finally felt like I kind of know what I'm doing. Like I've finally reached that comfort zone where you understand what's going on and you can answer most questions. Maybe the time will start going by faster there.
I'm going to be helping out with an online radio show through SISLT SISLTCAST this summer so I've started trying to figure out how that all works. Its the reason I've gotten a pay raise there so I should probably earn some of it.
Classes are finally over, for now. We'll see what happens in the fall when I attempt to student teach and take my final methods class at the university.
That's about it for now. Enough brain power has been wasted today.

Mountainbike
So the current U23 (under-23) National Champion has his last team edition mountainbike up for sale on ebay. Talked to him a little bit today out of curiousity and it sounds like the bike would be a great fit for me. If only it was a couple months from now.
